Soaring Heights Apartments
Inclusive Community
Soaring Heights Communities will provide three affordable apartment buildings, for 40 – 60 residents. Residents will be committed to living in intentional, inclusive community and actively caring and supporting each other. They will consist of individuals with developmental disabilities and community support professionals (i.e health, safety and education professionals).
Apartments will be leased at below-market rates to offer service-driven professionals housing which is affordable. Apartments leased to adults with developmental disabilities, will provide the opportunity for these residents to live a more independent life (realize a higher level of independence) with appropriate supportive services.
Light House Village Community Center
Intentional community
The community center will serve as the Light House Village campus anchor and a place for neighbors to meet, learn and host events that will breach barriers and foster connectivity with the larger Rockdale County community.
Construction update
We are excited to share that our ongoing construction will finish in October, providing more than just a place to live, it's where residents can thrive and build meaningful relationships with their neighbors.
