Soaring Heights will consist of apartment homes and a community center. It will be built at Light House Village in Conyers, Georgia.  Light House Village (LHV) brings together multiple nonprofit organizations on one 27-acre campus in order to maximize resources to better serve those in need of specialized residential opportunities which are scarce, if not absent. Each partner organization targets a unique service gap in our community.

Sustainability

After capital investment that provides the build out of the facilities, this project will be 95% self-sufficient.  Much research in the area of a third-party service provider for the needs of the developmentally disabled brought View Point Health to be the perfect partner for Soaring Heights.  View Point Health will provide needed assistance in the day-to-day activities and services required to allow for semi-independent living.

The annual partnership mode will provide services thru waiver fees for various levels of care up to 24-7 assistance.  Choosing a model that relies on government waivers ensures Soaring Heights will serve those with fewer resources and access to care.

The maintenance and upkeep of the facilities will be maintained by the reasonable rent each and all residents will be required to participate in providing.
